Assessment as part of the care journey
Comprehensive heart-failure management training places cardiac assessment within the wider service. For future collaboration, we want to study where EasyEF could add information for the team and how to evaluate use across different network settings.
This was a network learning activity, not a site-specific accuracy evaluation of EasyEF.
