01

Building on what we have learned

The video-clip study and Rayong evaluation provide a foundation for the next phase: smartphone acquisition, classification, and the limitations of intermediate categories.

We will use this foundation to define evaluation for each version, so improvements can be traced to specific questions and test data.

02

Connecting the app, AI, and reporting

Platform work covers the Mobile Application, Cloud-based AI Inference Platform, Backend API, Dashboard / Clinical Report, and AI Model Pipeline.

We aim to connect clip submission, processing, and reporting with system-version traceability, supporting systematic review and evaluation.

03

Evaluate in at least five hospitals

Multisite evaluation is a target for studying variation in populations, users, ultrasound machines, and phones. It is not yet a completed evaluation result.

Evaluation needs to track category-level results, particularly intermediate function, along with clip quality and cases that cannot be assessed.

04

Understand use in real services

User Acceptance and Deployment Feasibility evaluation will examine how users learn the workflow, understand reports, and fit the system into clinical services.

User guidance, training, and deployment procedures are planned alongside the software, starting with an approximately 1–2-hour application-training framework to evaluate with users.

05

Prepare systematically for medical-software requirements

Readiness work includes technical documentation, risk management, a clinical evaluation plan, and a registration roadmap, covering software quality and professional use.

Development planning considers ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and IEC 62366. This preparatory work does not establish certification or SaMD authorization.

06

Planned deliverables

We will track progress through work that partners can review. These are planned deliverables, not a list of completed outputs.

  • A connected app, AI processing service, and reporting system, with the evaluated version identified.
  • A multisite clinical evaluation report covering overall results, subgroup findings, and limitations.
  • User, training, and deployment guidance, together with findings on acceptance and practical suitability.
  • Technical, risk-management, and clinical-evaluation documentation, plus a medical-software registration roadmap.

07

Expand through new research

We are interested in additional ultrasound integrations and other abnormalities, such as valve and pericardial conditions. Each question needs its own data and evaluation method.

Partners can help define questions and study scope before development or data collection begins, keeping the work focused on clear needs.
